Anyone know where I can find some really cool graveyards and old/abandoned industrial or farm buildings. I love shooting them but with work I really don't have a lot of time to search them out like I'd like to.

Re: graveyards and buildings
Thu, June 9, 2005 - 10:26 AMHere are a couple suggestions, off the top of my head...
I used to live across from the Our Lady The Redeemer Cemetary, at the corner of Belair Rd. and Moravia Rd. It's the largest cemetery that I know of in Baltimore (the road surrounding it seems at least a mile in circumfrence). There are plenty of old gravestones--some interred in the late 1800's, with plenty of interesting wear-and-tear.
As for old industrial buildings, near the entrance of the Robert E. Lee State Park (in Baltimore, just off of Falls Rd. about a half-mile north of Northern Parkway) and off to the left are some really decrepit buildings in the back lot of a lumber mill or something. I've always wondered what's in there, and for what the buildings were used before they were abandoned.
Hope this helps! -
